Plate heat exchangers are a highly efficient and reliable solution for heat transfer.
These exchangers leverage the ingenious design of closely spaced, corrugated metal plates to facilitate the exchange of heat between two fluids. One of the outstanding advantages of this method is the substantial increase in the surface area where the fluids interact, owing to the implementation of thin, thermally efficient plates.
As a result, the fluids are encouraged to spread out and engage in turbulent motion, further enhancing the heat transfer process. In comparison to alternative heat exchangers, plate heat exchangers demonstrate superior performance in maximizing heat transfer efficiency.

Spares & Replacements

Fluid Dynamics' fail-safe units are available in both brazed double plate and gasketed double plate versions. These heat exchangers provide a gap between pairs of plates which, in the event of a leak in one plate, allows the leaking fluid to escape to atmosphere without contaminating the other fluid.
