Double Wall Brazed
The FluidEX® D Series Brazed Plate solution has been designed with double-stacked plates to eliminate the possibility of cross contamination and to prevent internal leakage allowing two different fluids to intermix.
A unique air gap separates the duty plates ensuring internal leaks will drain into and through the air gap and harmlessly out to atmosphere.
The patented plate design construction greatly increases the safety of the FluidEX® D Series BPHE, especially for Pharmaceutical, Residential, Oil & Gas, Hydro Power generation and other industrial applications that require strict safety and environmental standards.
