Gasketed Plate Condensers
The FluidEX® Plate Condenser has been developed to condense steam based on an evaporation or distillation system under vacuum conditions.
Using semi-welded techniques with special plate packs and gaskets, the cooling medium is warmed up in a gasketed channel while the steam vapour enters through the larger inlet and, when condensed, is released through the smaller outlet connection.

FluidEX® Plate Condensers are primarily used in conjunction with a plate evaporator as a condensation of steam in an evaporation or distillation system with its high heat exchange effect, low input cost and convenient maintenance operation.
Structure
- Gasketed, Non-glued gasket sealing
- Hang-on frame design
Advantages
- Porthole configuration design specially for maximizing heat transfer processing
- Different channel gap sizes of two side media for minimizing fouling
- Compact welded structure for lowering equipment cost
