STANDARD SPECIFICATION
All parts in touch with the product are made of acid-proof stainless steel AISI 316 L / DIN1.4404.
Contains four helical mixing elements. If more mixing elements are required, more mixers can be serial-connected.

OPERATION
The mixer operates in-line and boasts a design free of moving parts. Within its housing, the static mixing element meticulously divides, spreads, rotates, and whirls the liquids to achieve thorough blending, all while maintaining minimal pressure loss. Liquid flow is facilitated either through a pump or natural gravitation.
Each mixing element is cleverly designed, alternatingly twisted 180° to the left and right, with each set at a right angle to its adjacent counterpart. Depending on the product's viscosity, the mixing can occur in a laminar or turbulent flow. High-viscosity products lean towards laminar flow, while low-viscosity ones benefit from turbulent flow. Remarkably, just four mixing elements can ensure a homogenous blend for low-viscosity products in turbulent flow.
