For 30 years Fluid Dynamics has been supplying Australian industry with high quality FluidEX® shell and tube heat exchangers.
FluidEX® heat exchangers incorporate floating tube stacks which ensure their long life and easy maintenance.
FluidEX® heat exchangers are ideal for Industrial, Automotive and Marine applications.
We hold a large stock range of small to medium sized shell & tube coolers which can be adapted to 1, 2 or 3 pass applications with interchangeable headers to allow for almost any fitting.
The FluidEX® range of Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers from Fluid Dynamics provides ideal cooling solutions for Marine, Transmission and Hydraulic applications.
FluidEX® Heat Exchangers are manufactured using a floating tube stack design that prevents premature failure as a result of thermal expansion fatigue and allows for easy cleaning and maintenance.
Standard FluidEX® units incorporate aluminium headers with 90/10 CuNi tube and Naval Brass tube plates. All units can be fitted with cast iron or superior grade Gun Metal headers for more aggressive environments and be upgraded to 70/30 CuNi tubes for applications operating in heavily polluted environment.
We also carry a large range of headers for all standard size fittings and each unit can be adapted to 1, 2 or 3 pass configurations.
Superior quality Viton ‘O’ ring seals are installed in all units as standard.
