Flexible shapes & profiles – virtually any rigid material

With our Finned Tube Heat Exchangers we can offer our customers probably the best extended surface technology in the world. Here’s a few reasons why:

  • We have an extremely broad range of sizes and materials, in fact, there are very few limitations on what we can do with our fins;
  • Our fins can be pressed into different shapes and profiles;
  • Our tubes can be round or elliptical;
  • We use environmentally friendly manufacturing processes;
  • We can promise no tube deformation which eliminates any residual stress and distortion;
  • Our tubes can be made of virtually any rigid material including aluminium, copper-alloys, titanium, stainless steel, nickel-alloys, plastics etc.  to accommodate all your needs;
  • We can vary fin pitches from 1 up to 40 fins per inch;
  • All our fins are placed precisely and consistently;
  • All our Finned Tube Heat Exchangers can withstand temperatures of 200°C to 300°C (depending on materials);
  • We can produce fins from harder material grades in order to resist impact damage and allow power washing;
  • We can incorporate integral tube/block support mechanisms during manufacture with minimal interruption;
  • Our tubes can incorporate an internal extended surface in order to generate turbulence or to increase the internal heat transfer surface area;
  • All our fins are mechanically bonded to tubes so no brazing, tube expanding or other secondary bonding or process is necessary.
