Custom Design & Build
Our ability to custom build means that we can manufacture replacement coils to fit exactly and, if required, we can even manufacture our coils in sections to be assembled on site for installation into areas that would otherwise be impossible to access. Protection
For a superior level of protection Fluid Dynamics’ Supercoat treatment provides excellent protection in harsh operating environments.
Supercoat is a high performance flexible fin coating material applied both by spray and flooding to give complete and deep coverage. It is then baked to provide a highly durable coating – excellent for harsh environments that may otherwise be particularly corrosive to aluminium.
Light green in colour, Supercoat increases condensation run off and improves performance and corrosion resistance. With the exception of strong alkalis and oxidising chemicals, Supercoat can handle the toughest operating environments and chemicals with excellent resistance to fumes from Lactic Acid, Oxalic Acid, Humic Acid and Saltwater.
Supercoat meets the requirements of the appropriate indirect food additive section of each of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Title 21, CFR 175.300 (FDA) and the USA EPA drinking water contact use and has been approved for coating and corrosion protection of both direct and non-direct static food contact surfaces such as those found in refrigeration and HVAC coils, cabinets and various food handling & storage equipment.
